As the 2021 Certificate in Muslim Chaplaincy programme draws to a close for this year’s sessions, the final day provided the opportunity for the students to come together to deliver and share their individual presentations with each other and to learn and observe from the experiences and achievements that they had gained during the course. This year’s course was larger than usual with over 30 students initially registering and 24 completing the final stages. A generous gesture so kindly prepared by one of the students saw a delicious three-course lunch offered to all the staff and students attending, which was a fitting farewell to a wonderful group of students who acknowledged how much they had enjoyed their time on the course, and who were looking forward to putting their newly acquired knowledge into practice when further developing their chaplaincy careers.
