Islam and Gender Egalitarianism in Theory and Practice

The public lecture has been organised through a collaboration between MCCI and the School of Divinity, University of Edinburgh. The public lecture is part of impact grant generously funded by the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) at the University of Edinburgh. The session will be led by Dr Mulki al-Sharmani, Associate Professor of Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Helsinki, and a member of the global movement Musawah.
