Welcome to Emir Camdzic

Emir joined Markfield Institute of Higher Education in February 2016 as a lecturer in Islamic Finance. He studied BA in Islamic Studies at the European Institute of Human Sciences, followed by Masters in Islamic Banking Finance and Management with The University of Gloucestershire.

Welcome to Dr Dawud Bone

Dr Dawud started his work with MIHE in August 2016. He comes with an extensive experience in education, including many years of teaching, training, research and education management. Dr Dauwd has taken over the responsibility for the Islamic Education programme and modules. 

British Embassy Jakarta ‘Discovering Indonesian Islam’ Travel Grant

Dr. Hasan Ikhwani and Prof. Masdar Hilmy, were selected by the British Embassy, Jakarta, under the Indonesian Islam Discovery Travel Grant to visit key Muslim institutions in the United Kingdom, between 18 October 2016 and 26 October 2016.

Graduation Ceremony 2016

Our graduation ceremony for the academic year 2015/2016 was held on 1st November 2016, at the Markfield Conference Centre.
