MIHE Public Lecture: More than just a number

Afsan Redwan graduated from Markfield Institute following the completion of an MA Islamic Studies course. Currently, Afsan is a PhD candidate at the Islam UK Centre at Cardiff University and Deputy Head at an Islamic school. His research is focused on Qur’anic hermeneutics in English Qur’an translations. Afsan has presented his ideas at international conferences and produced publications. His research interests include theology, religion, ethics and science.
